She Reimagined is a 3-month, personalized coaching experience created especially for women over 50. It is designed for women who have experienced life... women who have had ups and downs, and realize that at this point in their lives, they want more.  It is for the woman who is ready to step into a new chapter with courage, clarity, and hope.

Together, we’ll:

• Honor where you are now—acknowledging your history and the challenges, fears, or doubts you may carry.
   
• Reimagine what’s possible—especially if the future looks different from what you once imagined.
   
• Create a vision you can trust—one that feels true to who you are today and inspires who you are becoming.
   
• Build confidence step by step so you can move forward with strength and grace.
   

This is not about “starting over” from scratch. It’s about reimagining your life in a way that feels good, meaningful, and truly yours (not what society or others may have dictated_.

Throughout the 3 months you’ll gain a deeper insight into your current season of life, but most importantly, gain the tools, clarity, and support you need to take action toward a future that excites you.

The 3 Month Program Includes

• 6  individual coaching sessions (50 minutes each)
• Assignments, activities  and self-evaluations 
• Vision and mission work 
• Unlimited email communication

She Reimagined- Group Coaching Program

3  Month Group Coaching

Sometimes the biggest comfort comes from realizing you’re not alone.

If you’re a woman over 50 who is ready for change—but also feels a little afraid, uncertain, or unsure of what’s possible—this group coaching experience was created for you.

In She Reimagined: Group Coaching, you’ll join a small circle of women (usually 3-5) who, just like you, are navigating big life changes or are simply asking, “Is there more for me?”  Together, we’ll explore the answers and support one another as we step into new possibilities.

In this 3-month journey, you’ll:

• Gain clarity about where you are now and what you want next.
   
• Be supported as you reimagine your future in a way that feels meaningful and possible.
   
• Build confidence as you take small, steady steps toward change.
• 
  
• Focus on a topic each session that is designed to help you connect with yourself, your strengths, and your vision for your future.
   
• Share the journey with other women who truly “get it,” learning from their stories and giving and receiving encouragement along the way.
  

The power of this group is in its community—you’ll not only grow from your own reflections, but also from the wisdom, strength, and hope of women walking this path with you.

By the end of this three month program, you’ll have had the opportunity to gain new insight, been part of a supportive network, and created a vision for your future that feels both hopeful and exciting.

The 3 Month Group Program Includes:

• Six  90 minute group coaching sessions  per month
• Assignments and self-evaluations 
• Biweekly office hours for additional support
• Unlimited email communication
• BONUS- One individual (1:1 ) 50 minute coaching call
